Foam Laser Cutter

Many types of foam will cut with ease on CO2 lasers from 100 to 650 watts. Kern’s vacuum hold down table will keep sheets flat while being processed. The blower 蜜桃app will also remove fumes released during laser processing. Rolls of foam up to 86″ wide will fit comfortably onto Kern’s machines.  Foams thicker than a 1/4″ will be cut with a straight edge with the help of a longer focal length lens. 

A few common products created with our lasers are tool shadowing, protective cases and boat flooring.
